I am Turning to be healthy back~~

Very healthy in working life....
sleep early and wake up early..
went for picnic with gangs on sunday~~
play badminton with colleague,
and going to play bowling with them soon as well~

yesterday while playing badminton, i nearly smash on a colleague's didi...hahahaha..
sorry to Teoh~~~but don't worry, i think your didi is strong enough..
as you said 'my bird bird know how to fly..'[everyone are laughing]

before i start to play, some colleagues is discussing and telling me who is the good player in among...then i just start lah..怕什么怕~~哈哈...
they said :'wah, you are a good player actually...'
i said :'no lah...i main main only..hehe'
my manager told another manager :'her first time being here with us, not bad right.. good start!!!

erm..i got a pantern liao liao de manager..hahahaha..
she got a lots of pattern while playing badminton~~but i canot laugh..so tough for me to tahan that...hahahahahahaha...
oh ya!!! i just found out the 3 trophys on the cupboard there which is won by the manager with the title 'Sports Women of the Year 2008' and 'Bowling Tournament Women Single-Champion 2008' and 'Bowling Team Category 2nd Runner-Up 2008'~~~
wah...very geng~~~hope i can get one from this company too..hehehe..set a high aim for myself 1st..
she told us that :'you guys still have 10 months to pratice the badminton for the next tournament.'

and just now..both of us very free...after she finish her gardening, then she start to chit chat with me..feel so scary..haha..
W:'so is there any effect after the last nite badminton?'
SN:'erm..still ok ..hehe..'[not dare to tell her that i use to play badminton one mah~~hehehe]
W:'that's good, at least we get some exercise beside than just sitting here~'

W: sheni, you dint take any tea/coffee one ah?
SN: erm..seldom oh...'
W: very healthy lah you..then what do you have for your breakfast?
SN: Usually is Orange peelfresh or HL milk or Soya
W: wah..much more healthy than me..but then i at least have to eat some foods in the morning, if not ah, my hand will start shaking..hahaha..then every morning i have rush to get my breakfast~

SN: ya..sometimes..during CNY...hehe..
W: that's good!! then you can join us while during the family day...then we got one more kaki this time...haha..
SN: hahaha..[very scary....i should answer i don't know de~~]

It's my time in the room again~~
Full of rubbish crappings of WORKING and OFFICE STORY after start working...
no choice loh..this is my life style now..everyday see the same people, do the same thing, and when get new things to learn, then will feel very very happy..hehe..
